The earth is warming up

I do not want exaggerate, but is is extremely warm today for this time of the year in The Netherlands, normally it is at least 10 degrees colder: is the earth really warming up.....? See today's weather forecast below: sunny and 23 degrees C !!!?? (at the moment it is even warmer here!).

Former East Germany (ex-DDR)

Last week I was in Germany, Halle for a business trip. Very nice renovated center, beautiful market place with nice "Marktkirche" and "Roter Turm". Unfortunately the rest of the city is in a bad shape, even bullet holes from World War II can still be found. And of course the infamous rotting huge ugly concrete flats from communistic times. Mostly abandoned by the way.
One thing they do a lot though is party (unfortunately it was not a holiday since I had to work) : see below; it's tonight! Check out the "fists" in the poster!
