'Find/guess the country' story...
Guess the country B. (info Mr. S.) :
- In which one drives a car wearing a black leather jacket and black leather hand gloves, also when it is NOT freezing inside or outside the car.
- If you then are 'too hot' because of the too warm clothes, you open the window on the higway.
- Smoking (cigarettes) is not for women, that's why they are ashamed when doing this in public, that's why they try to hide it whenever smoking.
- Mr. S. says that the strangest thing he has seen in The Netherlands (this is NOT the country we are looking for) is smoking women on bikes: smoking is not done by women in public, moreover smoking is unhealthy, and biking is only done as a sport and not as a way of transport (tell that to somebody in The Netherland where everybody has at least 1 bike), hence, too many contrasts in one shot.
- After getting into a (rental) car, at least adjust the steering wheel and chair at least 3 times.
- In country B. between college hours/lectures one drinks strong alcoholic beverages.
- When driving a car at high speed or when slowing down it is normal to put the car in neutral whenever you like. Finding the right gear after having it in neutral is a sport.
- Changing lanes with a car is done very fast and very last-minute.
- The favorite restaurant is any restaurant with a large buffet.
- When watching an 8-hour-DVD on a laptop one takes this laptop also in the bathroom until the fuses are blown.
- Your car is much bigger than you think it is.
- In this country a dictator has all the power, although he was elected democratically.
- In this country, one used to learn English, since this was the language of a possible enemy!
- Never eat too many of the mushrooms, since they could kill you because of radio-activity!

By the way, this guy is a colleague of me. We had a lot of fun when doing a job in Germany. Especially the local buffet confirmed my prejudices about 'Russians' and food. He ate half the buffet on his own!
